The Minnesota Math and Science Academy (MMSA) is dedicated to preparing students for college through a rigorous college preparatory curriculum focused on reading, mathematics, science, and technology. Our mission centers on fostering an effective learning environment characterized by mutual respect, trust, clear goals, order, maximized learning time, and a culture that promotes and celebrates learning and support.

Our vision for MMSA is ambitious, aiming for 50% or higher proficiency in Math and English state tests, a 90% student retention, attendance, and promotion rate, and a 75% staff retention rate. We also strive for excellent parent and student satisfaction, active community involvement, productive partnerships, and the provision of engaging, diverse, and effective extracurricular activities, all underpinned by a strong character education program embedded within our curriculum.
