Welcome,
My name is Ms. Waneta. I have been with Minnesota Math and Science Academy for 4 years now, teaching various subjects to our students needing extra support in their classes. I bring over 30 years of experience to MMSA. I hold an Associate Arts Degree, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a Minor in Theater Arts, A license in Secondary Social Studies, a Masters Degree in Special Education EB/D and a Director of Special Education License. I have worked with a diverse population of students and have found MMSA to be one of the most rewarding experiences. When I am not teaching I am at home spending time with my family, watching movies, reading, and connecting with my friends online. I am so very excited to be back in the school working with our students in person. This will be an exciting year. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful community.
