Hi everyone I am Ms. Prigge and I am a second grade teacher here at MMSA. I was born in Colorado, but grew up in Lewiston, Minnesota. It is a tiny farming town in SE Minnesota. I went to Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato to pursue my degree in teaching. My mom was my inspiration to become a teacher as she was a teacher and I would pretend to be a teacher as a child. I love the kids and I love getting to know each student and building relationships with them all. I love to see when they are excited to learn and when they have a “lightbulb moment”. This year I am looking forward to having the kids back in the school and trying some new things in my classroom to help students learn. As a member of the MMSA family.I love the small atmosphere and that I know so many students and families from previous years. I like that since we are a charter school we are able to teach material that is best for our students! Please reach out to me when you need anything.
