Additional Non-School Days

Friday, May 1 and Monday, May 4 have been designated by the governor as teacher/staff planning days for Extended Distance Learning. Students will neither receive additional distance learning assignments nor be required to complete attendance procedures. The district will also observe Monday, May 25, Memorial Day, as a non-school day.

Update as of April 23, 2020

Per Governor Walz’s Executive Order 20-41, the Distance Learning Period for Minnesota schools will extend through the end of the school calendar year. For Minnesota Math and Science Academy, the last scheduled day is Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
